OUR OWN NADIA SERHANI NOMINATED TO CCME: “Consultative Council of Moroccans living Abroad”

Morocco Foundation and its board are proud to announce that our own Ms. Nadia Serhani has been nominated to the "Le Conseil Supérieur des Marocains résidant à l'étranger". This initiative that was initiated by the Moroccan government and his Majesty King Mohammed VI, will help Moroccan immigrants voice their rights, concerns, and contributions to morocco.

As His Majesty the King announced in a ceremony on Tuesday January 1st, 2007, " This body will ensure the protection of the international Moroccan communities' rights and therefore reinforcing the support they provide to the development of their towns and villages of origin, to developing their motherland, and to the strengthening of relations between their country of origin, Morocco, and their host countries ".

"Ms, Serhani has been one of the most energetic and contributing members of the Morocco Foundation family. She has initiated and managed many projects and initiatives for our organization, and her efforts have helped a large number of Moroccans communities in the U.S and Morocco. We're confident that Ms Serhani will be a tremendous contributor to the CCME initiative and we're very proud of her nomination. “Declared Mr. Ali Bettahi, President of Morocco Foundation.
